Project description and design characteristics:

Sited in the northeast direction of Yunnan province, west of Zhaotong city, Qiaojia county ranked as the city—“mixed-use landscape in which covered mountain and plain.”
This planning is implemented in accordance with various abundant resources of Qiaojia county, such as natural conditions, mountain and river, culture, historic circumstance, ethnic characteristics. Guiding by Qiaojia’s development demands “exposing mountain and river completely”, we strive to create the innovation and break breakthrough in five aspects—Restoring ecological functions, ecological form in waterfront, featuring regional characteristics, inheriting historic elements, three-dimensional industry layout—in order to realize the final delivering output-“ecological Qiaojia”, “cultural Qiaojia”, “recreational Qiaojia”, “graceful Qiaojia”.
